Back in the 70’s the humble teasmade could be found on every bedside table in pretty much every bedroom in the UK, but for some reason they simply felt out of favour.

Fast forward to 2009 and the original makers, Swan, have re-invented the teasmade bringing it back to the future and making use of more modern technology and the result is the new Swan STM100 teasmade.

It was recently featured on BBC2’s Working Lunch programme with Declan Curry looking rather impressed with it and possibly reminiscing about one he maybe owned back in the 70’s?

The new STM100 teasmade features a sleek new design, with tea maker, clock and alarm all fitted into an ultra compact design.  The teasmade also comprises a integral reading light and also comes with a 2 year warranty.
